As our first week comes to a close with the new transition and inclusion program put together by Bethany Lutheran School and Teach, Acquire, Thrive, LLC. our week one mission was a success. We have been able to bring together learners of different abilities and witness something truly special. We have witnessed kindness, compassion, patience, and understanding. We have witnessed children learn about diversity and show unconditional love to one another that didn’t even really have to be taught. Just as much as we teach them, they teach us every day. Our teacher put a quote on our wall yesterday, and I believe it has captured the vision of the program successfully, “We’re all different, but as a team, we fit together.” We have all seen this week just how much God has put into making each and every one of these kids and by His grace, we will continue to see the success of these children and our program. Thank you for welcoming us into the Bethany family!
